Work Responsibilities

o Being the primary first contact for all formal interfaces with the CEO. o Coordinating and offering suggestive direction for community activities and external relations. o Provide secretarial support which includes word-processing, spreadsheet construction, and presentation development. o Maintaining the organization and order of all administrative functions. o Effectively addressing last minute arrangements and cancellations. o Make preparations for Board, committee, and organizational meetings o Assist in the planning and preparation of routine meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls o Maintaining strict confidentiality o Coordinating schedule for the CEO o Assisting with special projects designated by the CEO o Coordinate special administrative task as designated by the CEO o Organize travel itinerary and effectively execute all travel administration. o Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages o Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence o When necessary effectively deal with difficult people and difficult situations. o Remain positive and upbeat in all situations. o Project an image of self-confidence and professionalism


Minimal Qualifications

o 1-2 years previous related work experience o Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook Software o Good written and verbal communication skills o Ability to complete assignments with minimal guidance and supervision. o Demonstration of strong initiative and leadership for responsibility areas. o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. o Ability to meet deadlines and work under time constraints.
