Our Emergency Department is open 24 hours 7 days a week. We have a 5 Monitor Bed ER providing privacy with individual rooms, large waiting area and separate Triage room. We are Disaster prepared with Decon capability. CT Room is also located in our newly renovated ER. Emergency services are provided by qualified MD’s 24/7.

Although we are not a Trauma center we can take care of all emergencies, stabilizing patients until they are transferred to area facilities within a 30 mile radius. Burns are transferred to the Regional Burn Center at Doctors Hospital in Augusta, Ga. Area Helicopter services provide fast transports when needed. Most complicated orthopedic emergencies are referred to Greenwood or Aiken. We are fortunate to have an Orthopedic surgeon from Greenwood come every week for surgery cases, follow-up and referrals. All ER staff, nurses and physicians are at a minimum ACLS certified and some PALS certified. Our staff is committed to providing Quality Services, Education, Community and Patient Satisfaction.
