The Social Services Department provides quality services to the patients and their families to meet their medically related Social and Emotional Needs. Services may include: Psychosocial Assessment/ Counseling, High Social Risk Screening, Information and Referral, Health Education, Financial Counseling and Discharge Planning. Social Work Services are performed by qualified professional staff and serves patients who are insured, uninsured and underinsured. |
